Instead of enumerating graduated schools and diplomas, allow me, please, to submit to your attention few thoughts of some of Romania's great lawyers, on our noble profession:

Hurmuz Aznavorian and Mircea I. Manolescu, since it is about them, considered the lawyer profession as an upper one, a profession of freethinkers who believe in freedom and in the availability of their own judgment.

Meantime I recall the reciprocal respect they had for each other, irrespective of the generation gap...as Manolescu beautifully put it, while talking about Aznavorian and stating that the last was part of a generation that could enjoy the brilliance of lawyer profession, and furthermore, it had the mission to boost it, while his own generation "has to fight against the eventual eclipses of this profession. We are not entitled anymore to nourish hope of attaining the same brilliance, but we do have the obligation of a higher strength of character".

How actual are the great master of law's words, aren't they?

Let us look confidently towards the future, nourish the hope that we, the young lawyers of today, can say at reaching 30 year of bar practice that we daily competed not with each other, but with ourselves, as expression of true expertise and own personality's fulfillment.
